That is the amount of money I had to pay when I applied for an internet service in my hostel. From 9 March until 31 July. And this is what I got from them so far:
1. Atrociusly terribly horrendously slow internet connection.
2. Sudden offline of the gateway, so that I can't even surf the internet, less talking in IMs.
3. No notice to us whatsoever informing us about the service interruptions. No apologies issued after reconnection, no information whatsoever.
4. A notice was issued telling us of an interruption of service between 25 to 28 April. But it did not happen to my room.
5. (Added at 2.28pm on 21 May 2007) And now for the second time all else works except for MSN and Yahoo Messenger.
Tell me, shall I make a big fuss to the management and ask for refunds or partial refunds?
I thought the bureaucratic issues in MY and SG are bad enough already. It seems now that it is universal WORLDWIDE.
