It really does not feel good at all having the white blood cells actively fighting against ferocious attack launched by some potent flu virus that took great advantage from insufficient rest and water intake (hence suppressed immune system).
And it seems that my poor glands (cant remember which particular gland produces white blood cells. Darn!) have been overworked for the past 2 days to counter an infectious attempt. Luckily they are getting back into the momentum and it feels better.
While supporting them, I have to do my part. How's about a whole day intermittent sleep on Tuesday and gulping a mouthful of at least 5 litres of water in a day?
Imagine how bloated you would feel for gulping 5 litres of water. muahaha.
Anyway been much better already. Hope can recover from this agony soon.
