Definition of Mugging

This is a quote from an officer from the Ministry of Esel (German: Donkey) , Singapore:
Mugging is the condition whereby the distance between the book and the Mugger is so close that he flips the pages with his nose, and then assimilate all the information from the book into the brain by Osmosis.
