I always remember this time last year when I first heard about the news. And so many things could happen within a short span of just a year, many of which are just so dramatic that things are no longer the same, and will never be the same anymore.
And the cruel fact in this real world is: Life Goes On.
I guess I am just another messed up person who either does not know what he really wants, or is still living in the vast and deep ocean of denial, refusing to acknowledge what is showing up in front of his face.
Thanks to my impulsive instincts, I have decided to invest on the following as part of the effort to treat myself better:
1. Category 2 seats for A Cappella Chor Villach (Austria) concert, at Esplanade Concert Hall on 30 December 2008.
2. Category 1 seats for CATS musical, to be staged at Esplanade Theatre on 10 April 2009.
3. Signed up for a German language course at Goethe Institute Singapore, Penang Road. Lessons commence on 3 Jan 2009, to be held 3 hours weekly for 10 weeks.
4. Bought the latest album of Il Divo : The Promise.
For these, I have so far spent a grand total of S$740.00. Muahahahaha am I crazy.
Items on the spending list: Naturally 7 in March 2009. Price???
A: (After 10 seconds, looking at me in a mysterious way) Err... that's a weird question to ask.
Me: Huh... how weird is that?
A: Well... (looking at me in a sarcastic way) you asked why am I not going out. Isn't that weird?
Me: I just asked whether you are going out or not, didn't say why.
A: (That usual look when he becomes suspicious, or has made his own conclusion about something) It's still weird asking people such questions. And for your info, I am going out now.

Question to the floor: Was my question offensive? Someone please enlighten me. Honestly, please.
There are so many things happening that I am lacking the drive and motivation to blog it down. Nothing worth celebrate nor worth crying over. Prob will finalize on the things I plan to achieve next year.
